I am curious to know what you think the bigger obstacle


the reduced cut the current 10 schools would have to take from the NCAA/CFP pot of money or the lack of the conference network? I realize the Longhorns are their own stumbling block. However, all the writers covering the Big XII seem to think it ultimately comes down to 1 of the 2 as being the root cause. It seems like at times the writers can't decide which is the root cause because both seem to be equally important. Then again maybe there is no effective way to implement a pecking order and convey it to the readers when you are splitting hairs.
